This week at Kumeyaay…

Dine to Donate – Tuesday, April 19^th 4-8pm, Smashburger

Bring in the flyer that came home with students last week, and Smashburger will donate $1 to Kumeyaay Foundation for each entrée ordered.  Make dinner easy and support our school!

Earth Day Celebrations – all week

Bring in cans and bottles to your classroom  - let’s see how many we can collect!  Also, bring in your coffee grounds for the garden.  All students will get to plant a seed on Earth Day!

Dress as Nature – Thursday, April 21^st

Show your Earth Day spirit by dressing as Nature – something that represents Mother Nature, Earth, seasons, recycling, Earth Day, etc.

Bike/Walk to school – Friday, April 22^nd

Do your part to protect the Earth by walking or biking to school!  Please be sure to follow all safety precautions while reducing your carbon footprint.
